* Maintain a record of all trips taken, including the date, time, destination, number of passengers transported, and any incidents or accidents.
* Have a contingency plan in place for emergencies, such as breakdowns, or unexpected delays, and ensure that all staff and students are aware of it.
* Obtain written permission from parents or guardians of the students, outlining the terms and conditions of the bus service and the responsibilities of all parties involved.
* Ensure that the bus is adequately insured, with liability coverage for any accidents or injuries that may occur during transportation.
* Establish a clear pricing structure for the service, based on factors such as distance, time, and number of passengers, and ensure that it is competitive and reasonable.
